The feed is re-built every time a new content is added to www.crankarm.ca. The feed is plain text and does not contain any styles.
The feed contains the headline, author, publication date, and a snippet of the most recent 15 articles posted to the site.
The feed was checked with the W3C feed validator and is a valid RSS 2.0 feed.
